Yeahhhh my girlfriend threw me out last night. It's alright. 

It wasn't busy at the intersection so I offered Don what cash I had and asked if he wanted to talk a minute. His sign looked pretty worn for someone who had just been thrown out; but. He was bright, open, if a little wild eyed.

You visiting? You have a place to stay? He asked this with complete care and concern and lack of subterfuge. Asheville's a nice spot. I got some friends if you need a place.  

My niece is in Miss America. She models. I can model too, see? But I'd rather just smoke cigarettes.
